Al Capone, the famous American gangster, sets up a gang and collects tribute money from all over Chicago. Capable of manipulating even the Mayor, Al Capone is like a state within a state. When the Federal Government gets in control during election time, Al Capone and his gang are banished from Chicago and can’t settle in any city nearby. So, Al Capone, his lover Clara and his gang travel to Europe. Interested in İstanbul, he meets and starts working with Sami the Specs. As Al Capone brings trouble to the city, he is now confronted by the journalist Abdülcanbaz.
