When Evliyah Chelebi sees Qurunful Hodja’s latest invention, he thinks about making some use of it. He plans a journey with Abdülcanbaz, Fettah and Qurunful Hodja to the Land of Funjistan, a country far and beyond the Ottoman lands where no one ever set eyes nor foot on. He manages to procure both the blessings and financial support of the Ottoman Sultan. In the “Vehicle of Both Lands and the Seas”, they first travel on land and then saying farewell to Istanbul, set sail for high seas. In their journey to the Land of Funjistan, many dangers await them.
